Color Hosiery Trends for 2013 – 2014

Colorful
tights were all the rage at New York Fashion Week.
While the fall and
winter weather will be chilly, you can easily cheer yourself up with
bright, colorful tights. Choose from a number of different colors, such
as green in various shades. This is one of the most versatile colors
around for fall and winter. Various shades from light to dark compliment
a whole range of winter outfits(Aber, Brigitte, Sabina40).

Bright yellows and oranges can
help cheer up even the most somber when the days are cold and overcast (Cortina40, Microfiber Sophie70, Freedom).
Yellow looks surprisingly good with purple(Miranda, Nelly, Miami) , this season’s favorite color
so far. Hosiery in orange or pink (Sevilla, Cortina40, Brigitte) makes a good compliment to white or
ivory clothing. Very eye-catching prints were seen on the runways, and
many women are trying these out for the first time after seeing them in
magazines.

Many leggings are in more muted colors equally
suitable for the office or enjoying a night out (Anica, Ave70, Eddy). Royal blue is a color
that goes with almost everything where you won’t go wrong (AlbaChiara40, Miguela, MoonLight). Burgundy is a
perfect fall color that is great for making the transition into winter (Noblesse, Nadin, Dorella) .
Military-style colors have been steadily gaining a lot of attention
among professional women ever since Fashion Week (Jennifer, Crys80, Sabina40) .

One of the
colors for thigh highs and other hosiery chosen by designers is white (Sandrine20, Alba, Mistery15).
It’s a perfect color for any time of year, but fits in really well with
winter. Don’t forget about black, the classic neutral color as at home
during the work day as it is at night (Cherir20, Debby40, Diva30) . Natural is perfect for women who
want to show off their legs, while staying warm during the cooler days (Elegance, Fusion, Pure Matt20).
These neutral colors can’t be beat for versatility. They are the easiest
to pair with the more colorful outfits expected to be in style
throughout the colder months this year.
